This study aims to produce valid learning media chemistry-magazine and to determine the level of validation and students' responses to chemistry-magazine on buffer solution material. This type of research is research and development (R&D). The development procedure of this research adopts Borg & Gall model until the seven stage. The are three validator who are 1 media expert validator, 1 material expert validator, and 1 language expert validator. The small and medium scale testing subjects are learn by class students XI IPA Sandika Sukajadi high school. The technique of data collection are using observation, interview guideliner, validation sheet, and questioner. The result of this research showed that chemistry-magazine on buffer solution materials. The result from media experts 90,00% with very high validity criteria, material experts obtained a result of 86,00% with a very high validity criteria and language experts obtained a result of 80,00 with validity criteria. The response of student to Chemistry-Magazine on buffer solution materials can be very interesting criteria in small scale trials obtaining a percentage value of 86% with very interesting criteria, in medium scale trials obtaining a percentage of 91% and said to be very interesting criteria.
