ANALISIS KESUKSESAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PEGAWAI MENGGUNAKAN MODIFIKASI INFORMTION SYSTEM SUCCESS MODEL (ISSM).--
Communication and information technology has become a necessity, one of which is the need to be appreciated and seen in work and everyday life in general. Analysis of the Success of the Personnel Management System using the Information Systems Success Model (ISSM), and obtained the results of interviews with the developer and processing of evaluation data using the questionnaire distribution method with the number of respondents as many as 100 respondents who are users of SMPEG, consisting of all civil servants at BKPSDM Muara Enim . After processing the data, we got 4 proposed strategies for each variable. This research resulted in a success rate of implementing the Employee Management System of 68.6% so it can be concluded that the implementation of the Employee Management System at BKPSDM Muara Enim Regency can be said to be successful. From the results of the hypothesis, there are results. The variable that most influences the personnel management system at the Regional Personnel Agency of Muaraenim Regency (BKPSDM) is the quality of service, it gets (5.871) > t table (1.660) this is because it is influenced by the guarantee, content and empathy factors of the system. . The next influential variable is the system quality variable. there are (3,401) > t table (1,660) it is influenced by factors complete, relevant, format and system time. While the information quality variable does not significantly affect the personnel management system at the Regional Personnel Agency of Muaraenim Regency (BKPSDM) from all test results and researchers get one variable that has no effect on user satisfaction, namely the information quality variable. refers to the sub-variables of information quality where usability, accuracy, reliability and timeliness is also one of the recommendations for the developer, one of the researchers' recommendations. reporting and uploading to the system must be true and accurate Keywords: system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, Delone& Mclean models
