The work service in the technical service unit (UPTD) of BLK, Muara Enim Regency is one of the government agencies that aims to provide skills and expertise to the trainees in facing the working world. The training registration process was still manual so that the candidates have to come several times to complete all the training processes, in which to provide the training information is only by word of mouth through neighborhood/hamlet. On the other hand, the training and archiving were still carried out using ledgers that can cause the data retrieval to be difficult and takes a long time. From these problems, the solution was given to create a web-based job training information system that could assist the job training process at the UPTD BLK, Muara Enim Regency. The method used in making this system was the waterfall method and UML (Unified Modeling Laguage) modeling. This system would be easier for admins to process these data, the leaders in viewing the information on training participants and the training participants could be easily view the information of all training activities without having to come to the UPTD BLK.
