The system that runs at the Arjuna Hotel is considered not optimal because, such as storing guest stay data, room information, booking data, check-in and check-out data, they are still recorded in ordinary notes and bookkeeping in the ledger, and making reports that often experience errors. and delays so that the work process at Hotel Arjuna runs very slowly and sometimes gets some difficulties. The expected objective of this research is to create a web-based Arjuna Baturaja Hotel Reservation information system and apply the feature driven development method in making a hotel reservation information system. The result of this research is a web-based hotel reservation information system by applying the feature driven development method in making the information system.
