The modernist thought today seeks to criticize and insult the origins
of Islam, and to inject Western concepts and visions to read the text and
religious heritage, in an attempt to represent the Western model in
complete break with the heritage, and read the text modernist, postmodern
or liberal, out of fascination with this newcomer and identification with
him in order to achieve renaissance - in their view - and civilizational
progress, because religion and jurisprudential and legal heritage have an
obstacle in achieving this goal, and therefore we will address in this
research the problem and disadvantages of this reading from during the
duality in dealing with religious heritage in terms of criticism and
defamation of it, dealing with submission to the Western expatriate without
criticism and review, and excluding the religious factor by reading
religious and Islamic ideas and perceptions in a historical, political, social
and human reading, excluding the religious factor from them.
