This paper provides an account of
the commonalities of theoretical
foundations of insaniah (humanistic)
economics prevailing in waqf transactions
(Islamic endowment). The paper establishes
the integration of the two theoretical
foundations, the insaniah (hum tic)
economics in the waqf transactions
