PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN RESOURCE BASED LEARNING (RBL) UNTUK MELIHAT KEMAMPUAN BERFIKIR KREATIF SISWA.--



The title of this research is the application of the Resource Based Learning (RBL) approach to see students' creative thinking abilities. The formulation of the research problem is how to apply a resource based learning approach to see the mathematical creative thinking abilities of students at SMP YAPI Air Batu. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method which aims to describe the ability to think creatively by using a Resource Based Learning approach. This research will be carried out at SMP Yapi Air Batu class VIII on the subject of opportunity. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. The subjects of this research were students in class VIII.2 SMP YAPI Air Batu which consisted of 20 students. Students are given written test questions with opportunity material, then for sampling or data sources using purposive sampling technique. Researchers took 3 samples to be interviewed. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, tests, and interviews. The results of the research on students' mathematical creative thinking abilities after applying the Resource Based Learning approach showed that the percentage of students who had creative mathematical thinking skills in the very creative category was 20%, in the creative category was 20%, in the moderately creative category, 25% was still 25%. students who have creative thinking skills are in the less creative category and 10% of students who have creative thinking skills are in the non-creative category Keywords: Resource Based Learning Approach and Students Creative Thinking Ability
