Decision Making in Engineering Management Systems with Multiple Uncertainties. e jurnal
We study the risk decision problems of engineering project property value, and propose a decision making method with fuzzy multiple properties based on accumulative prospect theory and Choquet integral. We do: i) in accordance with the distance formula of trapezoid fuzzy number, the prospect value function is defined, ii) in accordance with the value function and decision weighting function, the prospect value of scheme single property is calculated, iii) we use Choquet integral to integrate the prospect value information which has relevance among properties to obtain the comprehensive prospect value of the scheme, iv) finally, we determine the sequence and optimization of the scheme based on the comprehensive prospect value. The risk investment examples analysis in the engineering project management describes the feasibility of such a scheme.
