This study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge management in improving the performance of workers in industrial companies "case study" of National Cable and Wire Manufacturing Co., and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the study community consisted of all employees of the National Company for Industry Electrical cables and wires are public shareholding, and the study sample consisted of (40) employees, The study relied on a number of statistical methods, including multiple and simple regression analysis, T-test, and one-way analysis of variance.
