A Time management among employees in the Central Library at Basra University. E JURNAL



The research aims to identify the importance of time management for human resources in the libraries and the Central Library, at University of Basra. The research was conducted on (114) participants of human resources. Google Classroom platform was used to convey the questionnaire electronically. Out of (114) participants, (72) questionnaires were retrieved, at a rate of 63.16%. The retrieved questionnaires were analyzed using the percentage. The most important results are: 1- The inability to reject others ’requests was approached acceptably. 56.94% of the respondents answered (yes). And 30.56%. of respondents answered (sometimes). 2-There is an acceptable tendency to answer (no) at a rate of 45.83%. The former result is related to routine work. This is processed through delegating to others to perform them. As for (sometimes), the percentage was 41.67% secondly. The study concluded a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: 1- The beneficiaries' requests should not be rejected. 2- Other employees should be prepared to do the routine work . Also, things should be prepared for work. In addition, the research included (17) tables
