Presents an introduction to major areas of accessories design. Various types of shoes, handbags, and belts are analyzed in terms of materials, construction, and presentation. Students will become familiar with patternmaking techniques, machinery and equipment, and the various styles in leather shoes, bags, hats and gloves design.
