PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA ULAR TANGGA TEMATIK PADA TEMA 4 SUBTEMA 1 "JENIS-JENIS PEKERJAAN" DI SD NEGERI 5 SEKAYU.--

This research aims to produce thematic ladder snake media on the theme of 4 subthema 1 "types of work" that are valid, practical, and effective. The research method used is the ADDIE development method consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The subject of this study was a student of grade IV elementary school N 5 Sekayu with a total of 21 learners. From the results of the study came the conclusion. (1) The development of the thematic ladder snake media theme 4 subthema 1 "types of work" valid judging from the results of scores from validators with the results of the validity of media experts 98, results from material experts 92 and results from linguists 90. So the average score of 93 with the thematic ladder snake media category is very valid. (2) produce a ladder snake medium that is practically seen from the results of the student response questionnaire at stage One to One with an average score of 99 and at the Small Group stage with a score of 100. So an average score of 99 with the thematic ladder snake media category is very practical. (3) Produce an effective thematic ladder snake media judging from the results of the student response questionnaire at stage One to One with a score of 80 and at the Small Group stage with a score of 85. So an average score of 82 with the thematic ladder snake media category is very effective.
