In general, this study aims to determine how Information Technology, Risk, and Handling Complaints use internet banking for customers of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KC Palembang. This research uses quantitative methods. By using the method of distributing questionnaires to 110 customers of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KC Palembang. The type of data used in this study is the type of primary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents. The test used to test the research instrument is in the form of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. From the results of data processing using the T test (Partial Test) the Information Technology variable (X1) shows that Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on customer interest (Y). It can be seen in the calculated T value of 4.602 > T table 1.982 and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. For the Risk variable (X2), it shows that Risk has an effect on Customer Interest (Y) as evidenced by the calculated T value of 2,309 > T table 1,982 and a significance value of 0.023 < 0.05. For the Handling Complaint variable (X3), Handling Complaint has a positive and significant effect on Customer Interest (Y), as evidenced by the T count 2.304 > T table 1.982 and the significant value 0.023 < 0.05.
