ANALISIS USABILITY PADA WEBSITE SMK BAKTI IBU 3 PALEMBANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEB USABILITY EVALUATION TOOL (WEBUSE).--

The website is not only designed in an attractive way but users must also feel understood and comfortable so that users can easily access it, SMK Bakti Ibu 3 Palembang is one of the schools that already has a website. At the time of observing the website users of Smk Bakti Ibu 3 Palembang, it turned out that there were complaints from users, namely the menu button was not in accordance with user expectations and the website display was less attractive, the problems found were problems related to usability. This study aims to find out how The current condition of the website of Smk Bakti Ibu 3 Palembang. The research uses the Website Usability Evaluation Tool (WEBUSE) based on usability evaluation criteria, namely Content, Organization, and Readability, Navigation and Links, User Interface Design, Performance and Effectiveness. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis was carried out to show the influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable so that the research carried out was appropriate in the study of the influential variable. The results of this study indicate that the usability level on the website of SMK Bakti Ibu 3 Palembang is in the good level with usability point 0,73. The lowest category is Content, Organization and Readability so it needs improvement according to that category and the User Interface Design category as the highest category needs to be maintained.
