Problematic in English "Problematic" means a problem or problem, and in the big Indonesian dictionary, Problematic means a problem that causes problems and is still not solved. Munin Jaya (2003) defines problematic as the occurrence of a gap between ideals and reality that is achieved in the implementation of a program. Often problems in learning become one of the obstacles in completing the goals that have been set. During online learning, there are a lot of problems faced by students. These problems are based on two factors that influence students in implementing Islamic religious education learning while online at SMP Daarul Aitam Palembang, which has two factors. First: Internal factors, which are factors that come from within The students themselves that affect their learning abilities while online are: the various intelligence factors of students, the low interest and attention of students in learning and the lack of student motivation during online learning. Second: External factors are factors that come from outside the students themselves that will affect student learning outcomes themselves, namely: the influence of the family environment, the influence of the community environment and the playing environment. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the efforts made by teachers in overcoming students' learning difficulties in participating in online learning for class VIII at SMP Daarul Aitam Palembang are as follows: First: Schools make policies by holding meetings with students to give assignments for students who do not have media. or online learning facilities and then when you want to collect assignments you are allowed to come to school again. Second: Patterns and communication during online learning, namely using a one-way communication pattern. Third: Always provide motivation and encouragement.
