This research is motivated by phenomena that occur in the classroom that there are communication disorders in learning. Due to the limited face-to-face system, learning becomes difficult for students to understand and various other impressions can appear during the learning process. This is what hinders the learning process. This is due to communication disorders in learning, one of which is lack of focus and students' lack of understanding of the material conveyed by the teacher. With the strategy used by the teacher, the communication process that runs smoothly between the teacher and students will bring good learning outcomes. The problem of lack of understanding and good material will be solved. Here the researcher wants to know how the PAI teacher strategy in overcoming learning communication disorders at SDN 5 Tugu Mulyo Kab. Ogan Komering Ilir. The focus of the research in writing this thesis is (1) what are the forms of learning communication disorders at SDN 5 Tugu Mulyo? (2) what is the strategy of PAI teachers in overcoming learning communication disorders at SDN 5 Tugu Mulyo? (3) what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for teachers in overcoming learning communication disorders at SDN 5 Tugu Mulyo? The purpose of this research is (1) to find out how the form of learning communication disorders in SDN 5 Tugu Mulyo. (2) to find out how the PAI teacher strategy in overcoming learning communication disorders at SDN 5 Tugu Mulyo. (3) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of teachers in overcoming learning communication disorders at SDN 5 Tugu Mulyo. This study uses a qualitative approach and uses a descriptive type of research. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Technical data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing (verification). The results of this study indicate that: (1) the most influential barriers to the communication process are physical barriers, because of the three obstacles, technical problems such as poor signal during online learning. Physical barriers in question are obstacles that occur due to weather, situations and signal disturbances. For example, communication disorders will hamper the communication between teachers and students. (2) students also said that there was limited face-to-face learning and learning using online learning media. They said that the teachers clearly did all this so the communication between teachers and students was comfortable. Studying time. Communication that occurs between the two can run smoothly without any obstacles. (3) supporting and inhibiting factors in overcoming learning communication disorders, namely in the fields of sympathetic, ecological, mechanical, psychological and sociological.
