The study aims to find out what are the factors that cause difficulties learninginonline learning on buffer solution materials ini high school Muhammadiyah5Palembang and efforts to overcome them. This research is this type of descriptiveresearch using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques usedfor interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that thepercentage of the questionnaire on factors that influenced student’s learningdifficultes in online learning on buffer solutions at SMA Muhammadiyah5Palembang were as follows : Material 62%, Health 55,3%, Motivation 59,8%, Self-confidence 54,1%, Interest 50,6%, Family Environment 51,6%, and School Environment 57,7%. Efforts thet can made to overcome these difficulties arebyway of schools holding meetings in offline learning at least one time in a week, teachers are more active in providing motivational encouragement to students tobe enthusiastic about learning, and parents and teachers work together to alwayssupport and guide students in learning.
