ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Life Satisfaction for the office staff of the general election supervisory agency of South Sumatra Province. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample used in this study was a saturated sample, totaling 30 staff of the Kantor Bawaslu Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.
