STUDENTS PERCEPTION TOWARD THE USE OF GOOGLE CLASSROOM IN ACTIVITIES : A CASE STUDY AT SMA NEGERI 1 BETUNG

This study was intended to find out the students’ perceptions toward the use of google classroom in reading activities at SMA Negeri 1 Betung. This study used qualitative research with a case study to find out the students’ perceptions toward the use of google classroom in reading activities. This study was conducted at SMA N 1 Betung with ten students as the participant by using purposeful sampling. In collecting the data, the researcher used interviews through open-ended questions. The data were analyzed by using the thematic analysis technique. The results of this study based on interviews it was found that Google Classroom help the students to do reading activities easily because the teacher explains and give clear instruction on their reading text make them interested to be more active in joining the reading class everywhere they can, and they can find various reading text information from the internet and it improves their skill.
