STRATEGI DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU LULUSAN DI SMAN 1 SEMENDE DARAT LAUT.--

This thesis is entitled "Strategic Planning in Improving the Quality of Graduates at SMAN 1 Semende Darat Laut" The purpose of this study is to determine strategic planning in improving the quality of graduates and the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of graduates. This research is a qualitative research where the main informant sources are the principal of the school, the supporting informants are the waka of students and teachers. The data obtained by the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that strategic planning in improving the quality of graduates at SMAN 1 Semende Darat Laut has been going quite well. This can be seen from the strategic planning carried out, namely an increase in teacher competence, additional learning programs, improvement of sarpas, and extracurricular development. The supporting factors include: establishing good communication between leaders and subordinates, the motivation to support continuing education, all teachers have undergraduate degrees, while the inhibiting factors are lack of funds, lack of facilities and infrastructure to support the graduation program, and lack of time in extracurricular activities.
