This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment to one-shoulder volunteers at the Indonesian One Amal Social Welfare Institution with a research population of 130 people and the number of research subjects 95 volunteers. Collecting data using organizational commitment scale and organizational support perception scale. This study uses correlational quantitative methods with pearson's product moment analysis.
