This thesis is entitled “Religious Character Development for Millennial Youth Through the Youth Counseling Information Center in Ex. 29 Ilir Palembang” This research is based on the background of the character is an important aspect of the quality of human resources because the character of the nation determines the progress of a nation. In the millennial era, technological progress is growing rapidly. This, of course, has many impacts, one of which is causing the moral degradation of the millennial generation especially for teenagers. Therefore, there is a need for character assistance for teenagers. The formulation of the problem in this study are: How is the pattern of religious character building in millennial youth through the PIK-R program in Kel. 29 Ilir Palembang and what are the inhibiting and supporting factors for fostering religious character in millennial youth through the PIK-R program in Kel. 29 Ilir Palembang. The purpose of this study is to describe and explain the forms of religious character development patterns in millennial adolescents through the PIK-R program and aims to find out what are the inhibiting and supporting factors in fostering religious character in millennial adolescents through the PIK-R program. This type of research is Field Research (field research) with qualitative data types. The primary data sources in this study were the coaches, chairpersons, representatives and youth of PIK-R Layang Layang. While the secondary data sources are various literature sources such as books, journals, articles and the internet. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the pattern of religious character building in millennial adolescents through the PIK-R program in Kel. 29 Ilir Palembang. Divided into five namely: 1). Socialization and Sharing Session. 2) Counseling Services. 3) Games. 4) Skills (Life Skills) 5. Instilling Religious Character. The inhibiting factors for fostering religious character in millennial youth are the lack of youth enthusiasm, time constraints, and easily bored. While the supporting factors are: 1) Internal support and cooperation. 2) External network support and breadth. 3) Facilities and infrastructure.
