PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PT. ALBADRIAH WISATA

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and motivation on work productivity at PT. Albadriah Tourism Palembang Branch. In this study there were 27 samples of PT employees. Albadriah Tourism Palembang Branch. The data used is primary data obtained from the results of a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Simultaneous Test (together), Partial Test, and Coefficient of Determination. The research results prove that Leadership Style has a significant influence on employee Work Productivity because the t value > t table (1739 > 1.708) and Motivation has a significant influence on Work Productivity because the t value > t table (2.383 > 1.708). There is a positive and significant influence of leadership style simultaneously (together) on work productivity at PT. Albadriah Wisata Palembang Branch with F-count (12.940) > F-table (3.01), while the F sig value is (0.001), < α (0.05) and from the results of the coefficient of determination test it is 0.247, meaning that the influence of style Leadership (X1) and Motivation (X2) together on Work Productivity (Y) of PT Employees. Albadriah Wisata Palembang Branch is 0.126 (12.6%) meaning that if Leadership Style and Motivation are together high, it can increase the Work Productivity of PT employees. Albadriah Wisata Palembang Branch was 12.6%. It is hoped that this research can help companies always pay attention to the work productivity of PT employees. Albadriah Tourism Palembang Branch.
