SKRINING FITOKIMIA EKSTRAK JAMUR ENDOFIT DARI KULIT BATANG JAMBU NASI-NASI (SYZYGIUM ZEYLANICUM)
Jambu nasi-nasi (Syzygium zeylanicum) is a plant from the Myrtaceae family or guava tribe. Jambu nasi-nasi (Syzygium zeylanicum) is one of the herbal medicines found in Indonesia. This research was conducted in March at the Integrated Laboratory of Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang. The sample used is a collection from the Integrated Laboratory of the State Islamic University of Raden Fatah Palembang. This study aims to identify the types of chemical compounds contained in the endophytic mushroom extract of the stem bark of jambu nasi-nasi (Syzygium zeylanicum). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that the endophytic mushroom extract of the stem bark of jambu nasinasi (Syzygium zeylanicum) in sample codes B1 and B4 contains alkaloids, tannins, terpenoids and flavonoids. Sample codes B2 and B5 contain alkaloids, tannins, steroids and saponins. Sample code B3 contains alkaloids, tannins, and terpenoids. So that the bark of the jambu nasi-nasi (Syzygium zeylanicum) is used as an alternative to medicinal plants containing alkaloids, tannins, terpenoids, steroids, and saponins.
