The Influence of Islamic Leadership Style and Islamic Work Ethics on the Performance of Employees of the Palembang Branch of the Bank of Sumsel Babel Syariah The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Islamic Leadership Style and Islamic Work Ethics on the Performance of Employees of the Palembang Branch of the Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah. This study uses primary data with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 37 employees at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Palembang Branch. Sampling in this study was testing the validity, reliability, classic assumption testing, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 24 statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that Islamic leadership style has no effect on employee performance, while Islamic work ethics have a significant effect on employee performance, Islamic leadership style and Islamic work ethics simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Between the Islamic leadership style and the Islamic work ethic, the most dominant influence on the performance of employees of the Palembang branch of the Palembang branch of the Sumsel Babel Syariah bank is the Islamic work ethic.
