This study aims to identify the Management Information Systems and their impact on human resources management for the employees of the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Province/ Human Resources Department. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers prepared a special questionnaire and distributed to all administrative staff within the organizational structure of the Human Resources Department. The number of the sample the study sample consisted of (84) employees. The study found the following result: “There is a statistically significant impact at the level of significance (a ≤ 0.05) of the system of wages and leaves, the system of selection and bringing, the system of training and qualifying, and the performance evaluation system and minstiation on the management of human resources”. The study presents several recommendations, the prominent ones are providing the appropriate necessary software, devices and tools to supply the Human Resources Department at the Directorate General of Nineveh Province to improve the quality and accuracy of the work entrusted to them and to prepare training programs and adequate courses about how employees deal with the Management Information System.
