The study aims to measure the effect of using academic scientific materials on the World Wide Web in education , through the Availability educational materials , and displayed an electronically using software (NOURI- NET ) to evaluate the web-based course in terms of its of use and the acceptance which are used by students the level of benefit, and the study surveyed (70) students in all disciplines at the Al-mustansiriya university during (2010 -2011) by using methods of scale(likert) to collect information about learners associated with variables of the study. The result of this study reveals that the students acceptance of the web-based instruction was high and the use of the web-based materials positively affects the learning skills of the students . however , functional problems were found in terms of using the web -based materials.
