This study aimed to assess the influence of time management on the making and administrative decisiontaking, for managers and employees of commercial banks operating in the municipality of Zliten. The study sample was represented by (240) individuals from the study community. the questionnaire form was used to collect data, where it was distributed to (240) employees of commercial banks in the municipality of Zliten, and the number of analyzable forms was (224) forms. The researchers used hierarchical regression and Constructivist modeling by the Amos technique. The study has conducted that the time management affects the decision-making process more than it affects decision-Taking, and that the dimensions of time planning and organization have an impact on decisionmaking, but they did not affect decision-taking. And there is no influence of directing time on both decisionmaking and decision-Taking..
