Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W),
his family and all his companions, and those who follow them in goodness until the Day of Judgment
As to what follows;
This research, which is titled; The exegetical applications of the jurisprudential rules, in the view of Sheikh Muhammad
bin Saleh Al-Uthaymeen - Surat Al-Baqarah as a case study – It contained theoretical chapters, represented in the definition of
the title of the research, and applied chapters; represented in the application of the major universal jurisprudential rules to the
exegesis of Surat Al-Baqarah from the book (Ahkaam Min al-Qur’an Al-Kareem) By Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen, Starting by the
justification of the rule from the Qur’an and the Sunnah, explanation of its branches – in the context of Surat Al-Baqarah – to
the best of ability, and citing examples, then I concluded the research with the most important findings, recommendations and
indexes.
I ask Allah for benefit and blessing, and sick forgiveness for mistakes and defects, May Allah’s prayers be upon our
master Muhammad (S.A.W), his family and all his companions.
