Research derives its importance، since the value of man is valued by his ethics، his actions، not his body and address ،nor his knowledge and money. The moral framework of the profession in general is a set of rules and ethical and ethical ethics that must accompany the professional man in his profession towards his work and toward society as a whole and towards himself and himself. And the moral responsibility of professional media work، especially in contemporary times، and after the growing and varied media in print and audio and visual in general and electronic journalism in particular ،and the result of the journalistic practice of errors and disadvantages and crimes of electronic publishing، which can harm the community and the credibility of these media channels. The first chapter includes the theoretical study ،in which there are several topics، and the second chapter، which includes the field study، and a number of researches، and the conclusion which summarizes the main conclusions and recommendations، and the list of sources that were relied on in this research.
