This study seeks to highlight the foundations of systematic office work. Public libraries have special measures and specifications that enable them to design measured programmers and services to achieve the desired objectives according to objective benchmarks and indicators to ensure the continuous improvement of their services and nail with the satisfaction of their beneficiaries. We have relied on the analytical descriptive curriculum by virtue of its proportionality to the nature of our study. This statistical curriculum has been added to the statistical curriculum for the purpose of analyzing data for various tables and statistics after we have set the sample of the study consisting of 41 staff members of different ranks and qualifications. In order to raise the embarrassment of some of the study sample, we have relied on the most important data collection tool, namely, identification, to give an opportunity to answer with satisfaction and observation, which is a tool to gather the greatest number of data and information from the library's daily practical and professional realities and to identify the requirements and constraints of applying its comprehensive quality management.
