Journalist right of access to information The speedy progress in sciences and technology, beside of using new communications tools in our daily life make a new environment for cross-borders global cyber space, which is one of the main features of our era. We can say the absolute sovereignty of states is now out-of-date argument, because most of communications sector run from outside the country. Also, without information; The journalist couldn't enjoy his right of free expression. in other words, he will not be able to take decisions or manage journalism unless he have access of information outside what he can obtain from official sources(Government and her institutions). So (The right of access to information) is a new human right codified by most states in their constitutions in the first chapter which dedicate to (basics rights and freedoms).
