The evaluation of the Arab electronic journalism experience can be through the reality in which it is living, and the conditions of use surrounding the Arab citizen on both the official and personal levels, in terms of the appropriate ways to accompany the development of means of communication and information technologies, as well as the legislative and organizational structure and the regulations governing the development in this field. Also understanding the challenges of the development of electonic journalism in light of the competition of social sites with a scientific vision through the surrounding environment, the mechanisms in which it operates, as well as the development accompanying its work, the contents of scientific knowledge and committed professional practice, which is the essence of values, customs and social ttaditions in any media activity, because the results Some exttemist journalistic practices and activities can reach the stage of incriminating their perpettators. This research seeks to present a scientific vision through continuous monitoring of the Arab electtonic journalism and social sites, revealing the existing relationship between the challenges of electtonic journalism and the extent to which the electtonic press keeps pace with developments in information technology, in light of the competition of social sites and their implications for media practice with all its components and effects, and the priorities of the public Al Arabi in its follow-up, and the media content it publishes.
