The article deals with three serious religious issues under the colonial policy aimed at creating chaos within Algerian society. The first issue concerned the Cemetery of Constantine in terms of its presentation and the arguments of the Mzabis in its possession, and the end of the case after the decision of the Council of State, The second tackles the repeated French attacks on the Holy Quran workshops and councils by presenting the case and then addressing reactions to it, And attitudes that were due to the position of Sheikh Ibrahim Bayoud, position of the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars and the Association of Elhayate, The third issue is the issue of raising the Athan outside the mosque in Ghardaia, where there was also a presentation and some attitudes towards it as a position of the PublicAlgeria’s Wali, And the position of Sheikh Abi Elyakdhn and the rest of the reactions of others, and concludes the article with a number of conclusions on these issues and clarify the goal of the occupation raised.
