The war with terrorist groups was not only a military war, but it was a media war, and a highly capable technology, as it was a war with advanced technology that made it an exceptional visual and technological event. It was another bloodless and very wideranging war in which ISIS used the Internet. To broadcast through it two types of digital content, namely, textual content that included a range of arts and journalistic forms, such as news, news reports, investigations and tweets, while the other type is visual content that included the press image and documentary films, which had a much greater impact than the first textual type. The strategy of ISIS in employing the press image, as we will see in the pages of this analytical study and its results, was based on a system based on electronic horror on the Internet, with the aim of carrying out many actions to terrify the security of individuals, groups, institutions and countries, exhausting them economically, and plunging them into psychological and social crises resulting from the consequences. It is known as silent terrorism.
