The Impact of Visionary Leadership on Crisis Management in Emco Building Contracting LLC. e jurnal

The study aimed to identify the impact of visionary leadersilip in its combined dimensions (values, clarity of vision, empowerment, innovation), in crisis management in its combined dimensions (early warning, preparedness and prevention, damage containment, reactivity, and learning), and the level of application of each of them on Emco Building Contracting LLC. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the study population consisted of all administrators in Emco Building Contracting LLC. The questionnaire was used as the main tool in the study, and it was distributed to (270) administrators as a sample of the study, and (258) questionnaires were retrieved valid for analysis, and the study reached a set of results, most notably: The existence of a statistically significant impact of visionary leadership in its dimensions (values, clarity of vision, empowerment, innovation) in crisis management in its combined dimensions (to foresee, think with systems logic, future vision, motivation, and creativity), and the study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The need for the management of Emco Building Contracting LLC to promote, support and remove all difficulties that liinder the visionary leadership in the completion of work, and to adopt the development of crisis management as a strategic priority and within training plans to develop the capabilities of employees.
