Developing a competency-based fundamentals of management communication course. e-jurnal

A competency-based course on the fundamentals of management communications has been developed. The course utilized a list of competencies and behavioral objectives for each of the four developed modules. Competency-based education has been chosen as the ideal approach to teaching since it is built around behaviorally state objectives which are easy to observe and measure. The approach also allows the students to get immediate feedback on how much they have learned.
