The impact of strategic leadership on the competitive advantage of business organizations by mediating strategic human resources management practices: An analytical study in Iraqi banks / Baghdad. e jurnal
The aim of this research is to identify the impact of strategic leadership on competitive advantage by mediating strategic human resource management practices in Iraqi banks / Baghdad. One of them is in achieving the development of the policies of the higher administrative departments, and from here its importance becomes clear to us. And through the search for his problem through a set of questions centered on whether there is a correlation between the explanatory research variables and the response variable, and in light of that, three main questions emerged. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, a developed questionnaire was used for the purpose of collecting data and distributing it to the members of the research sample, and a sample of employees in some banks in Baghdad was selected, with a population of (40) individuals, and the statistical package was relied upon to carry out the statistical analysis for this research, using (SPSS) measures by simple regression analysis, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient. In light of the results and their analysis, the research reached a set of conclusions, including the role of strategic leadership for competitive advantage in achieving the strategy of strategic human resources management in Iraqi banks / Baghdad affiliated to the Ministry of Finance under discussion, and the results that were reached illustrate well the availability of the necessary infrastructure to achieve these dimensions. With regard to the strategic leadership dimension, the Iraqi banks / Baghdad are trying to adhere to this dimension in an acceptable manner by using reward systems, reviewing performance effectively, and punishing contradictory behaviors. An integrated program, especially for the competitive advantage related to strategic leadership, clarifies the needs of workers and society, the important programs that concern them, and the preparation of organized annual plans with clear goals. The basic terms contained in the research (are strategic leadership, strategic vision, ethical practices, stimulating and maintaining competencies, and strategic human resource management practices).
