Leadership Talent Management Strategies as an Introduction to Enhancing Intellectual Capital An Applied Study On Academic Leaders at The University of Jordan. e jurnal

The aim of the study to identify the degree of Leadership Talent Management as an introduction to strengthening intellectual capital of the academic leaders at University of Jordan, From the point of view of the faculty members. To achieve the objective of the study The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. And two edges and confirmed their ratios, and two tools that were verified for their honesty and consistency, the study sample consisted of (268) members of the faculty members at the University of Jordan. The results of the study found that academic leaders at the University of Jordan exercised the of Leadership Talent Management and intellectual capital with a high degree. The results showed that there is a statistically significant relationship at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) between the degree of academic leaders' practice of Leadership Talent Management and the level of intellectual capital dimensions. The variable of intellectual capital for the dimension of Human Capital in partnership with the Structural Capital explained (53%) of the contrast of Leadership Talent Management. Therefore, the degree of Leadership Talent Management can be predicted from the dimension of intellectual capital. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) to the extent of practice of leading talent management is attributable to variables (academic major, academic rank), While there are differences to the degree of intellectual capital practice, attributable to the academic rank variable, for the structural capital and the Relational Capital, and to the rank of professor. The study recommended the necessity of enhancing interest in Leadership Talent Management, intellectual capital in University of Jordan.
