The study aimed to shed light on the impact of transformational leadership practices on
raising the level of morale among the university’ teaching board,from the point of view of
the professors at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at at
the University of Djelfa. The study was applied to a sample of 33 professors out of a
population of 145, where the study used the questionnaire as a main tool for the
collection of information and data and it was distributed randomly to the professors of
the faculty under study. the study concluded a set of results, the most important of which
are: The level of awareness of the study variables is high as we recorded their fullfilement
at high levels, the dimensional effect of (the individual consideration, the ideal effect)
alone in raising the level of morale.
