The Effect of Knowledge Management Practices on the Performance of Economic Enterprise from the Balanced Scorecard Perspective A case study of Omar Ben Omar Foundation for Food Canners. e jurnal
This research aims to identify the impact of knowledge management practices, which consists of the acquisition, storage - dissemination - exploitation, on the performance from the balanced scorecard perspective which constitutes an important context for increasing the effectiveness and improving the performance. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a questionnaire including 45 items was developed and 50 questionnaires were retrieved. To analyze the hypotheses, a T-test was applied using SPSS packages. The study found that practices of knowledge management affects widely the financial dimension and have fewer effects on the other dimensions (customers, internal processes, growth, and learning dimensions).
