The Impact of Organizational Culture on Knowledge Management "Applied Study on Private Hospitals in Amman". e jurnal



The study aimed to identify the impact of the organizational culture with its main variables (Organizational values and beliefs, Organizational standards, Employees' performance, Organizational expectations) on knowledge management in terms of (Implicit knowledge, explicit knowledge, and Organizational knowledge) in private hospitals in Amman and identify the degree of impact of each variable. The study used the analytical descriptive method, where the sampling unit consisted of private hospital staff in Amman (Doctors, Nurses, Administrators, and Technicians). Total of (450) questionnaires were distributed on the sampling unit of the study. Total of (416) questionnaires were retrieved; all were valid for statistical analysis. After the statistical process was conducted, the study showed a moderate effect of all organizational culture variables on knowledge management in private hospitals in Amman, it showed a variation in the degree of impact of organizational culture variables on knowledge management. The study recommended that private hospitals should increase their interest in the organizational culture due to its significant role in influencing knowledge management and increase interest in raising the degree of qualifying the employees in private hospitals, especially in the field of regulatory standards, where it was found that their degree is medium
