The Role of Information Technology in Support of Knowledge Management in Creating a Competitive Advantage: A Study of some Algerian Banking Agencies. e jurnal
This study aimed at identifying the role of information technology that supports the four knowledge management processes in creating a competitive advantage. The study relied on four hypotheses centred on the issue of the study, and reached several results, the most considerable of which is the positive impact of this technology in creating a competitive advantage for the bank. In light of this result, the study recommended the necessity of providing the necessary hardware and software to facilitate operations, and increase awareness among working individuals of the importance of teamwork through the intranet and rely on artificial intelligence systems to support decision-making and achieve excellence.
