EVALUASI DAN ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK UNIVERSITAS BATURAJA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL EUCS

Baturaja University is an educational institution that has utilized information technology to help make work easier. Through the LSI (Information System Institute), Baturaja University built an Academic Information System which is expected to be able to facilitate the activities of students and lecturers in various ways such as filling out KRS, viewing KHS, or viewing announcements that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. However, in its application, SIAKAD has never been evaluated for satisfaction, so a study was conducted with the aim of analyzing and evaluating the satisfaction of users of the Baturaja University Academic Information System by adopting the EUCS model which consists of 5 variables. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires containing 18 questions to 360 respondents. The results of this study indicate a very high level of satisfaction on 4 variables, namely Accuracy, Content, ease of use, and format with a percentage for each variable of 78.97% for the content variable, 78.73% for the accuracy variable, 77.85% for the format variable, and 81.02% for the ease of use variable, while for the timeliness variable it gets a high level of satisfaction with a percentage of 70.87%.
